How many times have you heard someone say, “That’s just the way it is?”
“That’s just how he/she is, people don’t change.”
Makes me gnash my gnashers.
If a process or system is ridiculous or ineffective or just plain shit, don’t accept “that’s just the way it is”.
If you’d like to be a different or better person, don’t accept “that’s just how he/she is, people don’t change”. They do.
Will it be easy?
Almost certainly not.
Will it be worth it?
I think so.
What’s wrong with the status quo? What’s not working?

What’s the one tiny beetle step you can take to make a start?
Then carry on.
